HR Management Assistant

WHERE WILL YOU BE WORKING?

You will be working at the Human Resources department of the FSMA.

The FSMA, alongside the National Bank of Belgium (NBB), supervises the Belgian financial sector.

As a supervisory authority, the FSMA strives to ensure the honest and equitable treatment of financial consumers.

This department is responsible not only for recruitment, payroll, support and career guidance of the FSMA’s staff, but also for their training.

To strengthen the secretariat of the “Training” unit within the HR department, we are looking for a dynamic management assistant who can carry out the department’s tasks in a proactive manner.

WHAT DOES YOUR JOB ENTAIL?

  • Day-to-day support to the “Training” unit:
  • Organization of the practical aspects of internal and external training programmes from A to Z;
  • Event organization and planning;
  • Updating our training database;
  • Handling the Training mailbox;
  • The set of tasks may evolve over time.

WHAT KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS DO YOU BRING?

  • A bachelor’s diploma (non-university) in Office Management or a comparable diploma. Alternatively, relevant experience.
  • You have already held an initial position as a HR management assistant.
  • Excellent spoken and written Dutch and French.
  • Flexibility, good organizational skills and the ability to set priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good knowledge of the commonly used Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SharePoint is an asset.
